At Fluff&Duff Golf, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the policy below carefully.
1. Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Items must be in original condition with tags attached (if applicable)
- Items must be returned in original packaging
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:
- Sale or clearance items
- Limited-edition or event merchandise
- Custom or personalized items
- Gift cards
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Include your:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you need a different size or item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will make it right.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not already been processed or shipped.
9. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in order cancellation and account restriction. Please contact us directly before filing a dispute so we can resolve the issue.
10. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting.
